International Orders
DreamAmoureHair currently offers international shipping to select countries, including Canada and the United Kingdom.
All international orders are shipped from the United States after your order has been processed, quality checked, washed/prepped (when applicable), and carefully packaged by DreamAmoureHair.
Because international shipments must go through customs, delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of DreamAmoureHair’s control.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, import taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their destination country unless these fees are collected and prepaid at checkout.
If your country requires additional customs fees upon delivery, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by DreamAmoureHair.
Customers are encouraged to review their country’s import requirements before placing an order. By purchasing from DreamAmoureHair, you acknowledge that customs requirements, duties, taxes, and fees are determined by your country’s government and are outside of our control.
Customs Delays
DreamAmoureHair is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, customs inspections, carrier delays, import restrictions, or any issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate shipping information.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Delays, additional fees, or delivery issues caused by incorrect information may be the customer’s responsibility.

By placing an international order with DreamAmoureHair, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our shipping policies and understand that international shipments may be subject to customs requirements, duties, taxes, and fees based on your country’s regulations.
IMPORTANT: Carrier delivery times shown at checkout reflect shipping transit time only and do not include payment processing, preorder fulfillment, quality control, hair preparation, or packaging time. Please allow approximately 15–25 business days total from your original order date for international orders to be completed and delivered.
