REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons, all sales are final.

Because hair products are considered personal use items, DreamAmoureHair does not accept refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements once products have been delivered unless there is:

  • A verified manufacturing defect
  • A verified quality issue caused on our end
  • An incorrect item sent by DreamAmoureHair

Hair that has been delivered cannot be restocked or resold for sanitary and quality assurance reasons.


VERIFIED ISSUES & INCORRECT ITEMS

If a verified issue or incorrect item is confirmed, DreamAmoureHair will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

To qualify:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photo and/or video proof must be provided
  • The item must remain unused and unaltered

Required information:

  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Clear photo/video evidence of the issue

Delivery time is determined by carrier tracking information, not the time the package is opened.


VOLUNTARY RETURNS

If a customer requests a return for reasons unrelated to a verified defect, incorrect item, or quality issue (including no longer wanting the hair), return approval is solely at the discretion of DreamAmoureHair.

If approved:

  • Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs and applicable fees
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • The item must be returned unused, unaltered, and in original condition
  • Returned items must be free of odors, product buildup, wear, installation, or alterations

DreamAmoureHair reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet policy requirements.


BUYER RESPONSIBILITY

DreamAmoureHair is not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Improper maintenance
  • Excessive heat styling
  • Coloring or bleaching
  • Chemical processing
  • Cutting or altering the hair
  • Improper installation
  • General wear, misuse, or neglect

These issues do not qualify for refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase.

After this timeframe:

  • Orders are considered final
  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing begins
  • Orders submitted to the vendor cannot be modified or canceled
