1. Agreement to Terms
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all DreamAmoureHair policies, including but not limited to:
- Refund / Return Policy
- Shipping & Processing Policy
- Customer Conduct Policy
- Chargeback Policy
All policies apply to every order placed.
For invoices or orders processed outside of website checkout, payment submission confirms full agreement to all Terms & Conditions.
2. Customer Conduct
DreamAmoureHair expects respectful and professional communication at all times.
Harassment, abusive language, threats, excessive aggression, or inappropriate conduct may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Refusal of service
- Restriction from future purchases
3. Policy Acknowledgment
Failure to review our policies does not exempt customers from compliance.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept our estimated fulfillment timeframe of approximately 10–15 business days.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Customers also acknowledge that all products are considered personal-use items for sanitary and quality assurance reasons.
4. Product & Quality Standards
Verified Issues
If a verified manufacturing defect or incorrect item is received, DreamAmoureHair will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Responsibility for approved return shipping costs or resolutions will be determined based on the specific situation.
Issues resulting from improper care, chemical processing, excessive heat, cutting, coloring, bleaching, over-manipulation, misuse, or improper installation are not covered.
Product Variations
All products are made from 100% human hair, and slight variations are normal.
This may include:
- Texture or pattern differences
- Natural wave or body when wet or air-dried
- Variations caused by humidity or environmental conditions
- Differences in styling response
These characteristics do not indicate a defect.
Hair Care Responsibility
Proper maintenance is required to preserve the quality, appearance, and longevity of your hair.
Failure to follow recommended care instructions may result in:
- Tangling
- Shedding
- Dryness
- Reduced lifespan
Customers are responsible for reviewing and following all care instructions provided on our website and/or included with their purchase.
5. Shipping & Delivery
DreamAmoureHair operates on a preorder fulfillment model.
Please allow approximately 10–15 business days total for order fulfillment and delivery.
This timeframe includes:
- Payment processing
- Vendor fulfillment & transit to us
- Quality inspection & preparation
- Shipping transit time to the customer
Tracking information will automatically be sent via email once your order ships.
Please note:
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed
- Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout may affect delivery times
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
DreamAmoureHair takes fraudulent disputes and chargebacks seriously.
In the event of a dispute or chargeback, evidence may be submitted to the issuing bank, including:
- Order confirmation
- Tracking information
- IP address verification
- Policy acknowledgment at checkout
- Communication records when applicable
Customers agree to contact DreamAmoureHair first to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this timeframe:
- Orders are considered final
- Orders cannot be modified once processing begins
- Orders already submitted to the vendor cannot be canceled
8. Right to Refuse Service
DreamAmoureHair reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit transactions, or restrict future purchases at our discretion.
