INTERNATIONAL PREORDER FULFILLMENT MODEL
DreamAmoureHair operates on a preorder fulfillment model to ensure every order receives proper preparation, quality control, and luxury handling before shipment.
International orders follow our full fulfillment process:
1. Payment Verification
After checkout, your order enters our secure payment processing window.
Please allow 3–7 business days for payment verification and processing. This processing period is separate from fulfillment and shipping timelines.
Orders do not move into fulfillment until payment has been successfully cleared.
2. Fulfillment Preparation
Once payment is verified, your order officially enters fulfillment and your hair is securely requested through our premium Vietnamese sourcing network.
Please allow approximately 2–3 business days for your hair to arrive at DreamAmoureHair for inspection and preparation.
3. Quality Control & Luxury Preparation
Once your hair arrives, DreamAmoureHair completes our quality assurance process.
Each individual Double Drawn bundle is:
- Carefully inspected for quality
- Given a signature clarifying wash
- Deep conditioned
- Air dried to verify natural wave/curl expansion when applicable
- Carefully packaged and prepared for shipment
Please allow approximately 2 business days for quality control, hair preparation, and packaging.
4. International Shipping & Transit
Once your order has completed preparation, it will be shipped from the United States to your destination using the selected international carrier.
International shipping times vary based on destination, carrier service, customs processing, and other factors outside of DreamAmoureHair’s control.
ESTIMATED INTERNATIONAL TIMEFRAME
Please allow approximately 15–25 business days total from your initial checkout date for your order to complete payment processing, fulfillment preparation, quality control, packaging, and international delivery.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Your estimated timeline includes:
- Payment verification: 3–7 business days
- Hair sourcing and arrival to DreamAmoureHair: 2–3 business days
- Quality control and luxury preparation: approximately 2 business days
- International shipping and customs transit: approximately 5–10+ business days
Tracking information will automatically be sent via email once your order ships.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
International orders may experience delays due to:
- Customs inspections
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Import processing
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
DreamAmoureHair is not responsible for delays caused by customs, international carriers, or government processing.
DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES
International customers are responsible for understanding their country’s import requirements.
Any applicable:
- Customs duties
- VAT
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Government-required charges
are the responsibility of the customer unless these fees are collected and prepaid at checkout.
If additional customs fees are required upon delivery, these charges are not covered by DreamAmoureHair.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge that customs requirements, duties, and taxes are determined by your country’s government and are outside of DreamAmoureHair’s control.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be changed or canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this timeframe:
- Orders are considered final
- Orders cannot be modified once payment processing begins
- Orders submitted for fulfillment cannot be canceled
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged:
- Claims must be filed with the shipping carrier
- DreamAmoureHair will assist with supporting documentation when possible
