DreamAmoureHair operates on a preorder fulfillment model to ensure every order is carefully prepared before shipment.
1. Payment Verification: Your order is placed and enters our secure payment processing window (3–7 business days). This processing phase is separate from physical fulfillment and delivery timelines.
2. Fulfillment Preparation: Once your payment safely clears, your order officially enters fulfillment and your hair is securely requested from our premium Vietnamese sourcing network.
1. Quality Control & Luxury Prep: Hair is received at our inspection desk. Each individual double-drawn bundle is meticulously quality-checked, given a signature clarifying wash and deep conditioning treatment, air-dried to verify end-wave expansion, and carefully packaged.
2. Shipping & Transit: Your order is handed directly to our local carrier network and shipped out to your destination.
Please allow approximately 13–17 business days total from your initial checkout date for entire order processing, fulfillment preparation, hair prep, and final shipping transit to complete.

- Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout are outside of our control.
- Orders are not shipped until preparation is complete.
Orders may be changed or canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
- Orders are considered final.
- Orders cannot be modified once payment processing begins.
- Orders already in fulfillment cannot be canceled.
Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
- Claims should be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
