Shipping policy


DreamAmoureHair operates on a preorder fulfillment model to ensure every order is carefully prepared before shipment.

Once your order is placed:

  •  Payment processing is completed
  • Your order enters fulfillment
  • Hair is received and inspected
  •  Each bundle is quality checked, washed, prepared, and carefully packaged before shipment

Please allow approximately 10–15 business days total for order fulfillment and delivery.

This estimated timeframe includes:

  • Order processing
  • Fulfillment preparation
  • Hair preparation & packaging
  • Shipping transit time

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking information will automatically be sent via email once your order ships.

Please note:

• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed
• Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout are outside of our control
• Orders are not shipped until preparation is complete

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be changed or canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After this timeframe:

• Orders are considered final
• Orders cannot be modified once processing begins
• Orders already in fulfillment cannot be canceled

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged:

• Claims should be filed directly with the shipping carrier
• DreamAmoureHair will assist with supporting documentation when possible
